Workshop description:

Representatives from the Museum at Eldridge Street, the New York Transit Museum, and the Queens Museum of Art will share their own experiences of creating and adapting programs for visitors who are on the Autism Spectrum.  This session will also provide the opportunity for workshop attendees to share their own experiences, ideas, and questions through facilitated discussions.  Presenters will include Lynette Morse from the New York Transit Museum, Sarah Verity from the Museum at Eldridge Street, and Michelle Lopez & Jennifer Oppito-Candiano from the Queens Museum of Art.

 

Date/Time: March 7th, 2012 from 3:00PM-5:00PM

Location: Metropolitan Museum of Art at the Ruth and Harold D. Uris Center for Education (entrance is located at 81st and 5th Ave) in the Sacerdote Lecture Hall.
